Research & Innovation

The Research & Innovation program integrates clinical investigation with patient care, advancing new therapies and improving outcomes through early-phase and late-phase clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and collaborative research networks. The team partners closely with clinical leadership to translate discovery into practice, ensuring patients have access to emerging therapies and real-world research opportunities.

With extensive experience in protocol development, data integrity, and regulatory compliance, the research team upholds the highest standards of scientific rigor, participant safety, and ethical conduct. Current infrastructure supports outpatient and short-stay (24–48 hour) studies, enabling pharmacokinetic sampling, intensive safety monitoring, and patient-centered participation. Expansion plans include enhanced early-phase capabilities and additional multi-site collaboration to broaden trial access across Texas.
