Care provided through TLH focuses on liver disease and related conditions. General gastroenterology concerns (such as reflux, IBS, IBD, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation) are best managed by a general gastroenterology provider. Endoscopic procedures (EGD and colonoscopy) are performed through trusted partner facilities when needed.

To get started, please complete a brief registration through our secure Patient Portal. After registering, submit an appointment request and include:

• The reason for your visit (e.g., liver evaluation)
• Your insurance type (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, or Self-Pay)

To avoid delays, please upload an image of your insurance card in the “Billing + Payments” section under “Manage Insurances.”
