Texas Liver Health (clinical care) and Evidentis Clinical Research (clinical trials) are independent, for-profit entities that operate separately from the Texas Liver Care Foundation. Any shared services or resource arrangements between these organizations are conducted at fair market value and fully documented to ensure financial, legal, and operational transparency. Each entity maintains its own governance, accounting, and oversight structures.

Referrals to Texas Liver Health, Evidentis Clinical Research, or any other qualified, non-affiliated providers or research centers are made solely to ensure patients and participants receive appropriate, timely care or research opportunities. The Foundation regularly collaborates with and refers to non-affiliated organizations when doing so best serves the needs of the community. Participation in clinical care or research is never contingent upon charitable donations, and individuals are encouraged to consider all qualified providers or institutions that best meet their needs.
