New Patients

Care provided through TLH is limited to liver conditions and medical weight management; general gastroenterology concerns (such as reflux, IBS, IBD, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation) are not evaluated and on-site upper endoscopies (EGDs) or colonoscopies are not offered.

To start as a new patient, please complete a brief registration in the secure Patient Portal. After registering, please request an appointment and include the following in the comment box:

• Whether your request is for a Liver Evaluation or the TLC Wellness Weight Management Program
• Your insurance type (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, or Self-Pay) to assist with scheduling

To avoid delays, please upload an image of your insurance card in the “Billing + Payments” tab, under “Manage Insurances.”
