Dr. Thomas G. Cotter is a general and transplant hepatologist and obesity medicine specialist who founded Texas Liver Care in 2025 to advance education, outreach, and innovation in liver and metabolic health. He previously served on the faculty at UT Southwestern Medical Center (2021–2026) and continues to focus on improving outcomes in liver disease, obesity, and metabolic disorders through patient care, research, and community engagement.
